The program is organized at the venue of Graduate Coach Biratnagar on every alternative Saturday (twice a month).

Our regular discussion was held on January 20, 2018 at the Graduate Coach. The topic for the discussion was “Job Creation or Economic Development”.

At the discussion, participants shared their own experiences with everyone regarding the topic. Firstly, the discussion revolved around the demand of opportunity. It is very important to create economic opportunity so that there will be economic development. Due to lack of economic opportunity youth of our country are going abroad to find economic opportunities. In our country due to the regulatory hurdles there is dire situation of economic sector. Some of the participant argued that there are lot of potential in Agricultural sector and the role of the government is to create the market opportunities for it. Additionally, other participant said the outgoing source of our country is greater than incoming source.

Our living style is also changing through the times then and now. As we know, our economy is running from the remittance which is not good for growth of country. So, it is important to invest in potential financial sector for development. Some supported the view that since we have political freedom yet we haven’t economic freedom. There is need for the economic reform in our country. From that only we can have sustainable growth and create property for the future.
