What is Private Property Rights ?

Private property rights is the right to earn private property under the clearly defined and fully implemented law, which cannot be confiscated either by the state or the individuals. No one has right or claim on private property except the owner himself or herself. Owner holds the right to use their property according to their wish. They have right to buy, sell, use or give it to charity.

Bikalpa strongly believes that no one has right to take private property forcefully for any purpose either by the state or the individual. If state needs take private property for the public utility, than it should compensate first to take it, otherwise they can’t. Based on this concept Bikalpa has created a short video on Private Property rights.
